Restaurant Interior Renovation

LM Build Group was selected to lead the full renovation of Oliver’s, a contemporary American restaurant located in Chicago’s South Loop and led by Chef Alex Carnovale. Known for his globally inspired cooking and refined creativity, Carnovale envisioned a space that matched his culinary approach—elegant, approachable, and rich in detail.

We worked closely with the ownership team to ensure the project stayed on schedule and within budget while meeting the high design standards required to reflect Chef Carnovale’s evolving culinary vision. Oliver’s now stands as a refined, welcoming space where the physical environment complements the ambition and artistry of the kitchen.
